This role requires your expertise to gather and analyse business requirements and work with our Engineers to convert these into effective Salesforce solutions.  You will support our Senior Project Manager to coordinate and analyse Salesforce implementations for our customers, including the development of project roadmaps and process mapping.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

This is a customer facing role, that works closely with FlowBuilders Professional Services team to help guide our customers to improve business processes and efficiency in Salesforce. This role produces data-driven solutions, by eliciting, documenting and analysing customer requirements to solve interesting and complex business challenges.

 

As a Business Analyst you will:

 

  • Elicit and document requirements from stakeholders to understand what people need from the tools and technology they use.

  • Analyse data and draw business insights.

  • Write user stories to meet the customer’s business requirement.

  • Create business process maps.

  • Develop and define roadmaps.

  • Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements.

  • Facilitate testing of new Salesforce functionality.

  • Present outcomes to stakeholders upon project completion.

  • Utilise and champion agile techniques to deliver on completing requirements.

 

YOU ARE

 

  • A critical thinker.

  • Analytical, able to analyse multiple data sources in an investigative manner and provide insights.

  • Experienced in Data Management with a strong focus on data quality and best practice.

  • Experienced in Agile methodologies.

  • Proficient in MS Excel.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will be supported by our Project Manager, Engineers and Architects to develop your Salesforce skills as well as gain exposure to the broader aspects of the business across sales, consultancy and customer success. 

 

FlowBuilders will support completion of Salesforce Accreditations (Trailhead), Salesforce Certifications and Salesforce Partner Certifications to enable you to become an expert in your field.

 

FlowBuilders use a BYOD for laptop and phones, however your mobile phone plan and all software licensing will be paid for by FlowBuilders, as will Opal cards for travel to and from the workplace. Enjoy a mix of working from home and in the office when safe and productive to do so.
