ABOUT THE ROLE
This role forms part of our Managed Services team and plays a vital role in ensuring an enhanced user experience for our customers’ Salesforce support requests.
As a Customer Success Analyst you will:

Work with customers directly to troubleshoot and resolve customer support requests.

Determine root cause analysis of issues and help identify/implement solutions.

Execute Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, configuration, building reports and dashboards and data uploads.

Work closely with Engineers and Architects to provide technical support for new projects, enhancements, and fixes to the overall Salesforce platform.

Support our Incident Management process and Problem Management process.

Maintain service level agreements and high customer satisfaction scores.

Actively maintain certifications and participate in job related training activities.
YOU HAVE
-
Experience with CRMs, Enterprise Resource Systems and other major IT systems.

Salesforce accreditation, with a Trailhead rank of Adventurer and/or a Salesforce Administrator certification.

Excellent attention to detail with a passion for customer/user experience.

Excellent ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, with users at all levels of an organisation.

Experience in problem solving and analytical thinking, technology and continuous process improvement.

A desire to implement best practice solutions.

Enthusiasm for meeting customer expectations and improving the customer experience to increase satisfaction.

The ability to research, document and prioritise customer issues in a timely manner.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will be supported to develop your Salesforce skills as well as gain exposure to the broader aspects of the business across sales, consultancy and customer success.
FlowBuilders will support completion of Salesforce Accreditations (Trailhead), Salesforce Certifications and Salesforce Partner Certifications to enable you to grow and continue to learn.
FlowBuilders use a BYOD for laptop and phones, however you can expense an amount each month for your mobile phone plan. All software licensing will be paid for by FlowBuilders, as will Opal cards for travel to and from the workplace. Enjoy a mix of working from home and in the office.
