ABOUT THE ROLE

 

As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will be a key member of our Professional Services practice, utilising your skills and experience to lead the delivery of Salesforce projects for our customers. With a focus on time to value and customer success, this is a customer-facing role that works closely with leadership, functional and technical teams, both within the business and our client-base.

 

You will:

 

  • Uphold our values and contribute to a great work environment for other team members.

  • Create strong relationships built on trust with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of Salesforce CRM project management including; the creation and management of project plans, artefacts, budgets, change requests, issue identification and resolution.

  • Manage clear and effective communications to team members and stakeholders.

  • Facilitate customer project and team meetings that achieve the right outcomes and drive project goals.

  • Ensure project quality through the consistent application of defined project management governance, controls, processes, frameworks and other PMO Functions.

  • Manage and report on project financials, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

  • Proactively identify and manage project change, including overseeing commercials as needed.

  • Support the business development team with pre-sales activities that include project planning, creating statement of works, identifying cross-sell and opportunities across the client base.

  • Contribute and support organisational wide project delivery standards and initiatives.

  • Support our Incident Management process and Problem Management process.

 

YOU ARE

 

  • A highly motivated team player who builds relationships based on trust and demonstrated experience.

  • A strong communicator who is focused on achieving outcomes with high levels of initiative and drive.

  • Proficient in time management, business acumen and commercial awareness.

  • Experienced in a similar role, with knowledge of CRM technologies and/or Salesforce experience being particularly desirable.

  • Qualified with relevant project delivery certifications such as Prince, Agile and / or Scrum Master.

  • Of a growth mindset, eager to upskill/gain/maintain industry and platform specific certifications.

  • Skilled in using Project Management processes and tools, including Confluence and JIRA.

We are a small team based in Sydney, the Central Coast, Brisbane and Melbourne, working across all sectors to provide creative and innovative solutions for our customers.

 

As a member of our dynamic team, you will be supported by our Practice Director, Engineers and Architects to develop your Salesforce skills as well as gain exposure to the broader aspects of the business across sales, consultancy and customer success. 

 

FlowBuilders will support completion of Salesforce Accreditations (Trailhead), Salesforce Certifications and Salesforce Partner Certifications to enable you to become an expert in your field.

 

FlowBuilders has a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy for laptop and phones, however you can expense an amount each month for your mobile phone plan. All software licensing will be paid for by FlowBuilders, as will Opal cards for travel to and from the workplace. Enjoy a mix of working from home and in the office.
