What to expect from our recruitment process


We advertise available positions on our website and on our FlowBuilders LinkedIn page.  We also have strong relationships with some Universities and advertise on their job boards.  If you can’t see a suitable position but want to work for us, you can apply via our website at any stage with a cover letter and resume.  We will contact you if a suitable vacancy arises. 



We will review your application and If we believe your skills and experience might be a good match for one of our open positions, you will be invited to an initial interview.  This will generally be conducted virtually by a member of our team and will focus on your skills, experience and career aspirations.  If your application progresses, there may be a face-to-face interview with one of our Managers and potentially a meet and greet with some of the team. 



If your application progresses to the next stage, we will conduct employment reference checks with two referees that you have previously reported to.  We will also ask you to consent to a criminal history check via our third party online provider Fit2Work. 


Once we are satisfied with all the checks, we will ask you to join the team!  This will be formalised with an employment offer which we will ask you to sign and return with confirmation of your start date. 


We will prepare for your arrival to ensure you have everything you need to get started.  This includes access to our offices and the required systems you will be working on.  Your Manager will be on hand to support you and will ensure you have an opportunity to meet the team and clients you will working with.
