ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a customer facing role, that works closely with FlowBuilders Architects, Functional Consultants, Project Managers and our customers to implement first-class Salesforce solutions, using declarative programming.
As a Solution Engineer you will:

Provide pre-sales support to the Business Development team.

Build, configure, test, implement and support Salesforce+1 solutions to fulfil project requirements, on time and within budget.

Fulfil the application development lifecycle, including testing, UAT and Release Management.

Facilitate customer playbacks and develop thorough work instructions.

Streamline business processes through the use of rules and automation.

Work within the SDLC process, including migration of configuration and data from one environment to the next.

Document technical implementations and changes.

Provide specialist support to FlowBuilders Customer Success Analysts.
YOU ARE
-
Passionate for building fault-tolerant and reliable applications and developing simple designs for complex problems.
-
Fanatical about customer success.
-
A Salesforce Certified Administrator. Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Certified in OmniStudio desired.

Experienced in a similar role, including development experience on Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing and Community Clouds.

Competent using Salesforce partner applications eg: FormAssembly, Workato, DocuSign, Conga, OdaSeva, F-Secure etc.

Able to apply best practice principles when creating Salesforce sharing and security rules.

Adept in data management and SOQL using Salesforce API tools, including Data Loader and Workbench.

Proficient in web/content building using JavaScript, HTML/CSS.

As a member of our dynamic team, you will be supported by Architects to mentor and develop your Salesforce skills as well as gain exposure to the broader aspects of the business across sales, consultancy and customer success.
FlowBuilders will support completion of Salesforce Accreditations (Trailhead), Salesforce Certifications and Salesforce Partner Certifications to enable you to become an expert in your field.
FlowBuilders use a BYOD for laptop and phones, however you can expense an amount each month for your mobile phone plan. All software licensing will be paid for by FlowBuilders, as will Opal cards for travel to and from the workplace. Enjoy a mix of working from home and in the office.
